Home Condos is proposed to be 21 storeys with a podium of 6 storeys and a tower of 20 storeys. The condominium development will feature 500 residential units all designed by TACT Architecture Inc. 5 units will be bachelor units, 269 will be 1 bedroom units, 136 will be 2 bedroom units, and 36 will be 3 bedroom units. The price of the residential units is starting from the high $200,000’s.
There will be 14,703 square feet of retail space on a ground level. There will be three levels of parking all underground for 181 vehicles, 155 of the vehicle parking spaces are for residents and and 26 spots are available for visitors. There will also be 446 bicycle parking spaces which 401 will be for residents and 45 for visitors.
Smaller retail spaces will be located on the ground level of the 4 storey podium, and the second floor includes proposed space for a grocery store.
